Government Funding and Tax Relief

I am fully accredited and can therefore accept government funding for children over the age 3.  This is provided free for each child from the the age 3 for up to 15 hours per week until they reach school age.

There are numerous schemes where tax relief is available by converting salary to childcare vouchers. I will be happy to receive payment by reputable voucher schemes.

Illness - No charge if I have to take time of due to sickness etc.  Normal contracted hours are halved if children are unable to attend due to illness.  Follow this link for guidance for when children should be kept at home. (or just dial 0845 055 2022 and ask).  In addition to the guidelines provided by the Health Protection Agency, children prescribed antibiotics should not attend my practise until 24 hours after the first antibiotics dose.

My Holidays - No charge.   I will normally take 2 weeks in August, one week in Easter and 1-2 weeks in Christmas (depending when Christmas day falls).  I will give several months notice of these holiday dates.

Parents/children's Holiday's - Full charges for contacted hours will apply unless it is during my holidays (no charge).  For school age children the contracted hours will normally be greater during school holidays (ouch).

My Occasional Days - these will be kept to an absolute minimum (things like hospital appointments and other family commitments) and will not be charged.

Parents/children's Occasional Days - Charged at full contracted hours and rate.

Public Holidays - Full charges apply unless I am on holiday.
